How to get to giants mountaintop

Anytime I need nighttime stuff, I have to pass time at another grace point then travel there, don't pass time nearby or sometimes things won't load for night time. i have the same issue not even the giant skeletons are spawing. ive tried everything. Id look around a just double check your in the right area.

Edit: I found the solution. Its at the same position as the rold lift that takes you to the mountaintop. Just switch message from "Hoist medallion" like the prompt says and you'll have an option to "Hoist secret medallion". Annoying but lets leave this thread for future scholars. Unfortunately from my understanding it's completely story locked. You’d still be able to fight the guy but no reward back at the manor.
